Concocted in partnership with the Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company and a few other big names, the project is all geared towards boosting the cooking prowess of prisoners to ready them for a foray into the hospitality world post-sentence.

To sweeten the deal, the grads of this program get a certificate to wave in the face of potential employers. And the cherry on top? A cookbook penned by the inmates themselves. With 30 inmates having already benefited, who knows? The next Gordon Ramsay could be serving time right now.

We are sure that the program will be successful, at the end of the day once upon a time the only chefs were prisoners, ain’t that full circle?!
